Amending the 2024 Capital Fund Budget to correct a previous ordinance number 15951. This will appropriate the funds of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand ($650,000) Dollars from the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) to support design and construction of the D&L Trail – Allentown Segment to the proper accounts.
