Authorization for Contract with FileBank, Inc., in the amount of $85,842.20 to provide professional digitization services to convert and scan physical legal documents and official records maintained by the City Clerk, including Ordinances, Resolutions, and Minutes, into accessible, searchable, and secure digital formats while preserving the original content. Twenty (20) proposals were received; six (6) were rejected. The Contract term shall commence upon full execution and shall cease one (1) year thereafter. Upon written agreement from the City, this contract may be extended for up to an additional one (1) year term beyond the contract expiration period at the same annual terms of the initial term.
