Authorization for Contract with Response Alert, LLC, in the amount of $72,735.30 to provide and implement a Lone Worker Emergency Alert System across multiple departments and facilities of varying sizes and scopes. Specifically, the City needs a system that is easy to use and maintain, provides timely alerts, is highly reliable and accurate, and provides coverage within many different environments. There were multiple bidders; the contract is for three (3) years, upon written consent the contract term may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Response Alert, LLC, is a small business.
