Authorization for a Contract with Reinvestment Fund in the amount of $196,645 to provide qualified planning and research organizations to conduct a Housing Needs Assessment and Strategic Plan for the years 2023-2028. The study will enable to better understand housing and housing-related service needs for low- and moderate-income persons and households in order to prioritize needs, develop effective program and policy responses, and coordinate the use of Federal, State and local resources. The Contract term shall cease after five years; upon written agreement, this contract may be extended for up to an additional three (3) months, multiple bidders.
