Authorization for Contract with Construction Master Services, LLC. in the amount of $332,925.00 to secure a Contractor to construct/reconstruct curbs, sidewalks, and drive aprons deemed as hazardous by the City, remove and dispose of sidewalk and/or concrete curb, located within the City limits, along with incidental work as may be authorized and required by the Contract Administrator. Two (2) bids were received. Contract shall commence upon full execution and shall cease three (3) months thereafter. This contract can be extended for two (2) additional one (1) month terms beyond the contract expiration period.
