Authorization for a change order in the amount of $153,165.00 with Michael Baker International to provide technical assistance and assist the City with compliance with its HUD Entitlement Programs and other grant programs as needed. Specific compliance reports and activities include but are not limited to the Five-Year Community and Development Block Grant Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plans, Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, Analysis of Impediments to further Fair Housing and Environmental Reviews. The original contract was for an estimated $100,000.00 per contract year, the addition would bring the contract to a new total of $253,165.00.
