Authorizes the submission of a Formal Application for funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant (MTF-PennDOT) Grant Services in the amount of approximately Six Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-Two Dollars ($682,282) for the trail connection between Cedar Creek Park and Trexler Park.
