Authorization for Contract with Michael Baker International, Inc. in the amount of $161,037.03 to conduct a study to provide a condition assessment and analysis of all signalized intersections as it relates to the existing traffic signal features and overhead sign structure poles currently maintained by the City. Three (3) proposals were received; however, two (2) proposals were rejected. Contract shall be for one (1) year with two (2) additional one (1) year renewal terms beyond the contract expiration period.
