Authorizes the submission of a Formal Application for funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant (MTF-PennDOT) Grant Services in the amount of approximately One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for pedestrian safety improvements on three blocks of Hamilton Street (12th, 13th, and 14th Street).
