Amending the 2024 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Fifty Thousand ($50,000.00) Dollars from the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC). These funds will be utilized to create a Master Plan for the construction of recreational fishing and boating access along the Lehigh River in Canal Park.
