Authorizes the submission of a Formal Application for funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Multimodal Transportation Fund Grant (MTF-PennDOT) Grant Services in the amount of approximately Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) for safety improvements on Hanover Avenue and East Linden Street.
