Authorization for Contract with Telco, Inc. in the amount of $1,672,344.05 to add eleven intersections to the existing traffic signal system and provide traffic signal and pedestrian accommodation improvements at the intersections. Two (2) bids were received; however, one (1) Bid was rejected due to not submitting their proposal electronically on Public Purchase, contract shall be for one (1) year with four (4) additional one (1) year renewals beyond the contract expiration period.
