Amending the 2025 Grant Fund to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00) from the PA DCED Local Share Account Grant. These funds are a pass-through grant that will support the Police Athletic League. The $400,000 awarded in LSA funds will be used to rehabilitate the existing PAL Community Youth Education Center located at 2110 Park Drive in Allentown.
