Bill 90 (Request for introduction and vote - makes code comply with state law.)
Amending Section 395.07 UNIFORM CONSTRUCTION CODE STATE MANDATED FEE, by increasing the state mandated fee from $4.00 to $4.50 to comply with state requirements. PA House Bill No. 409, known as Act 36 of 2017 increases the State mandated $4.00 fee applied to all Uniform Construction Code permits to $4.50.
