Amending the 2024 Capital Fund Budget to provide for an increase of Thirty-Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) to the newly created capital account for the WalkWorks grant to establish a Citywide Bike Infrastructure Plan. These funds have been awarded through the Pennsylvania Department of Health and will be reimbursed when the project is completed.
