Amending the 2016 General Fund, the 2016 Liquid Fuels Fund, the 2016 Trexler Fund, the 2016 Risk Fund, the 2016 Equipment Fund, the 2016 Solid Waste Fund and the 2016 911 Fund by appropriating funds from the un-appropriated balances for the rollover of encumbrances for the prior year commitments.
