Authorizes the submission of a Formal Application for the Local Share Account (LSA) Grant for funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development Services in the amount of approximately Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) to purchase a truck, trailer and paint eradicator for improvements and maintenance of crosswalks within City limits.
