Authorization for Contract with RCM&D Self Insured Services Company, Inc. (d/b/a Sisco, Inc.) for a total of $170,000.00 to act as a Third-Party Workers Compensation and Automobile Claims Administration (TPA) Services. This Contract term shall commence upon full execution and shall cease two (2) years thereafter. Upon written agreement, this contract may be extended for up to one (1) additional one (1) year term beyond the contract expiration period.
