Authorization for Contract with Baseline Contracting Inc. in the amount of $292,825.00 to secure a Contractor to construct/reconstruct ADA Ramps in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act and remove and dispose of sidewalk and/or concrete curb, located within the City limits, along with incidental work as may be authorized and required by the Contract Administrator. Three (3) bids were received. Contract shall commence upon full execution and shall cease on December 15, 2025. This contract will not have any extensions as the funding runs out at the end of 2025.
