Amending the 2026 Capital Fund Budget to provide for a supplemental appropriation of Forty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars and Thirty-Nine Cents. ($45,295.39). This was the result of payment in lieu of tree plantings from Allentown School District, QR III LLC, 309 E Hamilton ST LLC, The Waterfront Development Corp, North Sixth St Properties OP LP, Executive Education Charter School, and East Penn Properties LP. Funds will be used for the purchase of new street trees.
