An Ordinance of the City of Allentown establishing and adopting the Stormwater Fund Budget for 2025 in the amount of Seven Million Six Hundred Seventeen Thousand Three Hundred Nineteen Dollars ($7,617,319) as more fully detailed in Exhibit A, “City of Allentown 2025 Budget.”and amending Article 393.15 – Stormwater Utility Fee by maintaining the Stormwater Utility Fee at Twenty ($20) Dollars per Five Hundred (500) square feet of impervious surface.
