Authorization for Contract with Mohawk Contracting & Development LLC in the amount of $2,735,000 to construct a pool facility at Irving Pool/Andre Reed Park including utility services, admissions and restroom, pool (including pumps, filters, spray features), pool deck (including drainage), artificial turf sitting areas, fencing, site lighting and other work. The contract if for one year; unless by mutual agreement an extension can be made for an additional four, one year terms, multiple bidders.
