Authorization for Contract with Penn Mount Stone, LLC in the amount of $264,404.00 to provide masonry repair and preservation of WPA St. Elmo Street Staircase stairs, and alternate amphitheater steps located in Union Terrace Park for The Allentown Department of Parks and Recreation. There was one (1) bid submitted, contract shall be for six (6) months with one (1) six (6) month renewal beyond the contract expiration period.
