Inc., and Diefenderfer Electric, LLC ((dba Archkey Diefenderfer) awarded 2) at the base bid amounts identified on the bid tabulations, for an estimated sum of $12,163,576.00 for the renovation of the existing police station on Hamilton St. adjacent to City Hall, and a four-story addition for expanded capacity.
