This Authority exists as an instrument of the community to revitalize areas which are decaying and to prevent blight from spreading. This body is organized under state statute, where the Mayor alone appoints the members. This board meets on the second Tuesday of every month at 4:00 p.m. in City Hall. Member Requirements: 5 members with staff support whose offices are in City Hall Term Limits: Appointed to 5 year terms
