Amending the 2024 ARPA Fund to provide for a transfer of One Million Two Hundred Thousand ($1,200,000.00) Dollars to the General Fund unappropriated balance as a Revenue Replacement category of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) award. These funds will be appropriated to a newly created Community Reinvestment program within the General Fund Dept of Community & Economic Development (DCED) Director’s Bureau.
