Amending the 2024 ARPA Fund Budget to provide for a transfer of One Million ($1,000,000.00) Dollars from Ripple Community Inc. to the Revenue Replacement category of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) award for HVAC systems. Ripple Community Inc. will receive One Million ($1,000,000.00) Dollars in funding from the CDBG HOME-ARPA program as indicated in DCED’s resolution to amend the 2021 One Year Action Plan allocation.
