Amending §455-139B(6) of the Property Rehabilitation and Maintenance Code, Article XVIII, Licensing Residential Rental Units, Owner and Occupant duties, to remove the requirement that multiple disruptive conduct reports filed within a twenty-four (24) time period count as a single disruptive conduct report.
